The Fiddle Club

The Fiddle Club, coordinated by Dr. May Strange, performs three programs a year in March, September and December in libraries and various venues in South Jersey. The group is multi-generational, made up of professional musicians and talented students consisting of violins, viola, cello, bass, guitars, drums, clarinets, alto saxophone, and keyboard. These events are a great opportunity for our students to perform with others in front of enthusiastic audiences.

Our shows are free, and all are welcome.

Lessons

Traditional one on one instruction has always been a successful way to teach music. The weekly lesson can create a bond between teacher and student that will encourage excellent study habits, focus, and discipline. With these skills, the student can become an excellent musician as well as become very successful in other career choices. Playing with others is a wonderful way to keep the motivation going and develops skills to listen to others and be a team player. It is also a lot of fun and builds confidence.

If you are interested in private lessons in violin, viola, cello, or bass, contact Dr. May Strange at 609-927-2500.
